An at home training solution for those who want the guidance and accountability of training in a group coaching setting, in the comfort of their own home! Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 9:00am, we meet up and I coach you through 60 min training sessions via Zoom!

Monday - Lower Body Strength & Core
Tuesday - Upper Body Strength & Sweat
Wednesday - Cardio, Mobility & Stretch
Thursday - Upper Body Strength & Core
Friday - Lower Body Strength & Sweat
Saturday - REST DAY
Sunday - REST DAY
Workouts are all minimal equipment - I use a set of 8lb dumbbells and bands as well as also give options for those with no equipment using a tea towel.
